The company has two clay sand horizontal casting production lines, one coated sand shell casting production line, one resin sand casting production line, and cold core casting process;

Proficient in material technology, proficient in production technology of conventional grades of ductile iron and QT600-5 (FCD600/GGG60/80-60-05), QT400-18L, QT700-2 (FCD700/GGG70/100-70-03), and Austempered ductile iron QTD1400-1 (EN-GJS-1400-1); Master the production technology of conventional ball grade gray iron and HT300 (FC30/GG30/Class 45B/50B).

Mechanical processing, the company has multiple high-precision lathes, milling machines, CNC machining centers and other mechanical processing equipment to provide customers with accessory processing services.

Inspection equipment, the company is equipped with a complete casting physics and chemistry laboratory, equipped with a three-dimensional dimension inspection room, to ensure product quality control.
