Casting process
The company has two clay sand horizontal casting production lines, one coated sand shell casting production line, one resin sand casting production line, and cold core casting process.
Two clay sand horizontal casting production lines, with sand mold sizes of 510 * 610 * 360 and 680 * 740 * 400, are suitable for producing single core products weighing 50 kilograms.


Coated sand process
The coated sand shell casting production line has multiple shell and core machines (vertical and horizontal parting) that can assemble molds with a maximum size of 700 * 800 and a stroke of 1100. The size of the steel shot landfill box is 1000 * 800 * 800, and it can produce complex structural products with a structural size of 800 * 600 * 800 or less, and a single weight of 200 kilograms or less.
Coated sand process
The coated sand shell casting production line has multiple shell and core machines (vertical and horizontal parting) that can assemble molds with a maximum size of 700 * 800 and a stroke of 1100. Furan resin sand process
The resin sand casting production line, equipped with a 20 ton/hour sand mixer, is suitable for producing medium-sized casting products with a single weight of less than 2 tons.


Cold core box process
The cold core box process is a core making method that rapidly hardens the sand core inside the core box by blowing air at room temperature. Cold core box is an efficient core making and molding process, which has advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, and good working conditions compared to hot core box and shell core. It has been widely used in casting production.
