Our casting processes include clay sand, coated sand (shell mold), resin sand, and cold core casting processes to meet the different needs of the market. Our foundry equipment includes two clay sand horizontal automatic casting lines, coated sand shell type buried box casting lines, resin sand casting lines, and cold core equipment. The company's casting materials include various types of ductile iron and gray cast iron, such as QT400-15, QT400-18, QT450-10, QT500-7, QT600-5, QT700-2, HT150, HT200, HT250, HT300. We have professional inspection laboratories to effectively control product quality. The products sell well in major domestic engine supporting factories, hydraulic assembly factories, valve factories, import and export companies, etc., and are exported to Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United States, Sweden, Singapore and other countries. With an annual output of 14,000 tons of castings, we obtained the qualifications of environmental assessment and safety assessment for mechanical machining, spraying and painting.
